Carroll Engineering Corporation Announces New Structural Department Manager Justin M. Coyle, P.E.

Warrington, PA – Carroll Engineering Corporation welcomes Justin M. Coyle, P.E. as Structural Department Manager. Mr. Coyle has over 22 years of engineering and project management experience, with a specialization in bridge design, rehabilitation and project management. His experience includes all phases of project development from feasibility studies, alternatives analysis, design, rehabilitation schemes, and construction management on state and local projects. Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a PennDOT and NJDOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector. Justin also serves as the appointed Municipal Engineer in two Northampton County municipalities.
