Carroll Engineering Corporation Announces News Shareholders
The Carroll Engineering Corporation (CEC) Board of Directors announced that three new shareholders have been added to the ownership group of the company. “The Board is extremely excited about this opportunity to offer shares of stock to this distinguished group of employees,” said Kenneth E. Heydt, P.E. President of Carroll Engineering Corporation. “We are looking forward to their infusion of ideas shaping the future direction of the Company, and to allow for the continued succession of leadership from within that has been a foundation of success at Carroll.” The new stockholders are:
Steven Hartman, P.E. – Mr. Hartman is a Project Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department He began his employment with CEC in 2002 and performs project engineering for municipal water and sewer authorities. Over the past few years, Mr. Hartman has completed a number of high profile water/wastewater projects in the tri-county area.
Michael McCarey, P.E. – Mr. McCarey is a Project Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department. He has been with CEC since 2007 and performs project engineering for municipal water and sewer authorities as well as investor-owned public utilities. He specializes in water/wastewater infrastructure and wastewater treatment.
Christopher Peterson, P.E. – Mr. Peterson is a Project Manager in the Authority / Municipal Services Department He began is employment with CEC in 2008 and performs project engineering for a variety of municipal, authority and private clients. His specialties include municipal engineering and stormwater management.
