Chester County Economic Development Council
CCEDC is a private, non-profit economic development organization that has been nurturing economic growth in Chester County and the surrounding region for more than 50 years. The Council’s portfolio of business growth services includes: low-interest financing including SBA and USDA loan programs, workforce training, retention and expansion, energy consulting, customized international business assistance, land and building site selection,brownfields consultation and remediation, urban redevelopment, and agricultural economic development. The Council also offers economic development services specifically designed for local municipalities and state-of-the art conference and training facilities at its facility in Eagleview. The Chamber President serves on the Board of the CCEDC, and the President of the CCEDC serves on the Chamber Board to facilitate cooperation and coordination of services to our business community.
The Chester County Leadership Connection
The Chester County Leadership Connection is a cooperative effort between the United Way of Chester County, West Chester University and the Chester County Chamber, this program is designed to strengthen future non-profit executives by developing leaders who will focus on creating a vibrant, safe and inclusive community.

SCORE of Chester County
SCORE is a non-profit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and has been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years. The Chamber works with SCORE to provide business consulting to area businesses. Regular sessions are held on Monday’s by advance appointment with SCORE.
The Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry partners with Chester County SCORE to offer current and start up entrepreneur’s confidential assistance in a private setting. These experienced business professionals will volunteer their services and expertise on a monthly basis through these individual counseling sessions at the Chamber. The sessions will be held the first Monday of each month by appointment only and there is no fee to take advantage of this valuable opportunity.

Chester County Conference and Visitors Bureau
The Chester County Conference and Visitors Bureau is a not-for-profit, independent agency that serves as the official Tourism Promotion Agency (TPA) for Chester County, working on behalf of its membership. The Visitors Bureau was created in 1963, and is responsible for marketing Chester County and the Brandywine Valley to individual leisure travelers, motor coach and group tour operators, meeting planners and travel writers. The Administrative Offices for the CCCVB can be found at 17 Wilmont Mews, Suite 400, in West Chester and their Visitors Center can be found at the main entrance of Longwood Gardens.
The Transportation Managmentent Association of Chester County
The Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) is a non-profit corporation located in Malvern, Pennsylvania established in 1992 to promote, educate and provide transportation and employment solutions for private industry, non-profit organizations and municipalities within Chester County.
The mission of the TMACC is to foster cooperation between the public and private sectors of Chester County to identify, evaluate and analyze significant transportation issues; and to serve a leadership role in the development and implementation of solutions that are broad-based, cost effective and timely.
