Automated Payment Options For Dues

The Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry offers two new automated ACH payment plans for your membership dues. Under these optional plans, you can elect to have your membership dues automatically deducted from your account on either a monthly or annual basis. Payment Plans will include a $1.00 per month ($12.00 annual) processing fee. A $20.00 service charge will be billed for insufficient funds. Member changes to plans must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the effective date of requested change. The Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry may adjust the payment on an annual basis with a written notice to members. Sample monthly payment amounts are listed below:

Monthly Electronic Payment Plan from Checking (ACH)
The initial ACH payment and service fee must accompany your application in the form of a paper check. Subsequent ACH withdrawals occur in the first week of the month. A voided check is required to be kept on file. Please complete and return attached AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR MONTHLY DIRECT PAYMENTS (ACH DEBITS). 

Annual Electronic Payment Plan from Checking (ACH)
The initial ACH payment and service fee must accompany your application in the form of a paper check. Subsequent ACH withdrawals occur in the first week of the renewal month. A voided check is required to be kept on file. Please complete and return attached AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR ANNUAL DIRECT PAYMENTS (ACH DEBITS).
