Lancaster County, PA, June 29, 2018 – Saxton & Stump, a Pennsylvania-based law firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jonathan D. Landua as an Associate Attorney who focuses his practice in Healthcare, Healthcare Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.
Jonathan brings considerable knowledge in litigation to the firm. During his career, Jonathan has worked as a Ligation Associate at Burns White LLC and, most recently, at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP. In these positions, Jonathan handled all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation and participated in FINRA arbitration appeals in federal court.
While working in the public sphere, Jonathan served as a Judicial Law Clerk and Drug Court Legal Coordinator for the Court of Common Pleas of the State of Delaware. During law school, Jonathan held internships with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law and his Bachelor of Art in Political Science from West Chester University. While attending Widener University School of Law, Jonathan was the President of the International Law Society, Vice President of Moot Court Honor Society, a board member of the of the American Association of Justice, a participant in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and a Moot Court 1L Academic Advisor. He was an inductee of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Jonathan was a finalist at the 2014 Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County Mock Trial Competition.
